Jim Williams - Director (Diploma of Horticulture)

Jim has over 20 years experience in mine site rehabilitation. He began his career with CALM where he developed his knowledge of flora and seed collection which led to practical experience in mine rehabilitation. Jim has had and continues to have extensive experience in working with aboriginal groups and the community as a whole. His expertise is in project management and in his ability to see the big picture

Jim is a founding member of the Goldfields Environmental Management Group and former chairperson of the Kalgoorlie Boulder Urban Landcare Group. He has also served on a number of local community and government groups.

Andrea Williams - Director (BSc Hons. Minerals Estate Management, Dip. Env Tec)

Andera has over 15 years experience in land rehabilitation with particular expertise in Landscape Function Analysis and Vegetation Monitoring. Andrea has a degree in Resource Management, a diploma in environmental technology and is presently studying towards a Masters in Land Rehabilitation. Andrea has expertise in environmental conservation and biodiversity.

Eren Reid - Botanist/Environmental Consultant (BSc- Biological Science)

Deserting the beaches of Scarborough, Eren ventured to Kalgoorlie in September 2004 to join the Botanica Consulting team. Although missing the coastal lifestyle Eren enjoys getting out and about and discovering parts of the State that he has never seen before.

Eren’s key roles include Flora Surveys, Vegetation Mapping/GIS (MapInfo), Targeted Priority Flora surveys, Declared Rare Flora (DRF) Management Plans, Ecosystem Function Analysis (EFA) Monitoring and Vegetation Monitoring/Photographic Monitoring.
